ساخت نانونوارهای گرافنی با استفاده از نانولوله‌های کربنی و بکارگیری آن‌ها در ادوات نانومتری

چکیده

مواد بر پایه کربن sp2 شامل نانولوله کربنی، گرافن و نانونوار گرافنی به دلیل خصوصیات منحصر به فرد توجه محققان را در زمینه‌‌های مختلف به خود جلب کرده‌اند. در این میان نانونوارهای گرافنی به دلیل پهنای کم و دارا بودن شکاف انرژی برای استفاده به عنوان کانال ترانزیستورها مناسب هستند. همچنین در صورت دارا بودن نقص در لبه‌ها در می‌توانند در انواع حسگرهای شیمیایی و الکتروشیمیایی و ادوات ذخیره انرژی مورد استفاده قرار بگیرند. از سال 2009 تا کنون روش‌های متنوعی برای ایجاد این نانونوارها ارائه شده است. یکی از پربازده‌ترین و مقرون به صرفه‌ترین این روش‌ها، برش نانولوله‌های کربنی و تبدیل آنها به نانونوار است. در این مقاله، یک جمع بندی جامع از روش‌های ارائه شده برای این تبدیل ارائه می‌شود و در ادامه به برخی از کاربردهای این ساختارها در ایجاد ادوات نانومتری اشاره می‌گردد.
