تولید و ارزیابی نانو چندسازه های زیستی برای کاربرد در بسته بندی مواد غذایی

چکیده

مواد طبیعی در مقیاس نانو ممکن است در کاربردهای متعددی ازجمله صنعت بسته بندی استفاده شوند. دلایل اصلی بسته بندی غذاها با این مواد، حفاظت ماده غذایی از گرد و خاک، گازها، نور، میکروب های بیماری زا، و رطوبت است. اصولا، این مواد ایمن، خنثی، ارزان و قابل دسترس هستند. علاوه براین، خصوصیاتی مانند ویژگی های مکانیکی، الکتریکی، حرارتی، نوری، و الکتروشیمیایی نانوکامپوزیت ها نسبت به ترکیبات معمولی، کاملا متفاوت است. یکی از کاربردی ترین استفاده از نانوکامپوزیت ها در بسته بندی مواد غذایی، افزودن ترکیبات در اندازه نانو به مواد بسته بندی متداول مثل فلز، شیشه، کاغذ، پلاستیکهای ساختگی مانند پلی اتیلن، پلی پروپیلن، پلی استایرن ، پلی اتیلن ترفتالات، و پلی وینیل کلراید می باشد. همچنین، در سالهای اخیر، استفاده از مواد پرکننده نانویی در تهیه فیلم های طبیعی بسیار مطالعه شده است. از این رو، مقاله حاضر، تلاش می کند تا نانوکامپوزیت های طبیعی مختلف را به خوانندگان معرفی کند، و کاربرد پلیمرهای طبیعی نانویی در صنعت بسته بندی مواد غذایی را همراه با مثال، مرور نماید. در اصل، مواد بسته بندی نانویی با استفاده از مواد معدنی رس ازجمله مونتموریولونیت در سال 1509 به نوعی شروع شد و استفاده از آن همچنان در پلیمرهای طبیعی مختلف رو به گسترش است. جزئیات بیشتر در مورد کاربرد پلیمرهای طبیعی نانویی در صنعت بسته بندی در طول مقاله ارائه می شود.
