Article's English abstract:

Drug delivery systems are one of the ideal ways for human health care in which the drug release occurs at a constant rate together with a constant concentration in the blood. Pure and modified mesoporous SBA-15 materials with a hexagonal structure and nano-scale pores feature like beehive have recently attracted great attention of scientists for use in drug delivery. In this paper, preparation, analysis and application of various types of modified SBA-15 materials as drug carriers will be discussed.
